It's great to see ALISON KRAUSS and UNION STATION playing again! Both are great artists and yet they’re not as well known as the other crap being produced nowadays. Love their new song PAPER AIRPLANE which is also the title track of Krauss latest studio album. I hope this guys continue to play together coz they do it so well!
As much as I love the fun and naughty PINK stuff, she also has a real knack for great songs with a deeper message. Check out the video of FUCKIN' PERFECT, her latest single from her compilation album Greatest Hits...So Far!!!
A very wonderful and inspiring song. This gives me hope that no matter what social status we have, there is always room for change and success. : )
If you grew up in the 80's then you remember the beautiful and talented SUSANNA HOFFS of The Bangles...Personally, I think she has one of the most appealing voices of any singer from the last 30 years. She is always pleasurable to listen to. Below is Susanna's beautiful ballad WEAK WITH LOVE, a track from her 1996 solo self-titled album.
December eighth in nineteen-eighty I was home on Avondale Boys were playin' basketball When the news came in.
And I heard my brother say, "Oh my God!" I said, "What's the matter, Jesse?" He said, "I don't wanna tell you this" And he would not meet my eyes.
Please comfort me And shelter me I am weak with love Comfort me And shelter me I am weak with love
The policeman laid him in the police car He was shot and bleeding Then he said, "Are you John Lennon?" John couldn't speak but he nodded "yeah".
And I heard my brother say, "Oh my God!" I said, "What's the matter, Jesse?" He said, "I don't wanna tell you this" So he took me for a drive.
Please comfort me And shelter me For I am weak with love Comfort me And shelter me Well, I am weak with love
Here is JOSHUA RADIN putting an acoustic performance of his hit single "You Got What I Need"...Oh Gosh, what a soft voice, I'm dying. LOVE IT, TOTALLY! =)
If you've been anywhere around a computer or television, you've undoubtedly heard about the song “FRIDAY”, performed by the latest internet sensation REBECCA BLACK...The 13 year old singer was blasted for her heavily Auto-Tuned vocals and the track's shockingly simple lyrics, with many music fans on Twitter rubbishing it as one of the 'worst' songs they'd ever listened to.
As of April 6, 2011, the music video of the song had over 86 million views, over 1.6 million comments, and over 1.7 million "dislikes" from YouTube users.
Despite the scathing reviews, pop music celebrities like Chris Brown, Miley Cyrus and Simon Cowell have supported Black.=0. (2011 -04-06)[update
This is my new favorite song from Country music singer KEITH URBAN. A song titled Without You, a track from his seventh studio album Get Closer. It is basically an autobiography and seems to be dedicated to his wife, Oscar winning actress Nicole Kidman. Atop a gentle melody supplied by acoustic guitar, banjo and fiddle, Urban sings that everything in his life would be meaningless without the woman he loves!...Click the play button to stream:
I discovered English folk rock band MUMFORD & SONS via 'Little Lion Man'. A friend linked it on Facebook and I was hooked!...Formed in 2007, The band consists of Marcus Mumford (vocals, guitar, drums, mandolin), Ben Lovett (vocals, keyboards, accordion, drums), "Country" Winston Marshall (vocals, banjo), and Ted Dwane (vocals, string bass, drums, guitar). Their debut album, SIGH NO MORE was released in the United Kingdom in October 2009, and February 2010 in the United States. The band received two Grammy Award nominations, one for Best New Artist and the other for Best Rock Song. They won the ARIA Music Award for Most Popular International Artist in 2010, and the Brit Award in 2011 for Best British Album.
Amidst all of the watered-down music we hear being pumped out of the machine, Mumford & Sons gives us a breath of the freshest air, taking us on an amazing folky/stringy/bluegrassy journey through their well-timed melodies and amazing harmonies. Go check them out!
LITTLE LION MANbeautiful song!

WHITE BLANK PAGE they remind me so much with The Avett Brothers. Both bands are amazing!
