Glad to hear that one of my favorite band CAKE are back with a new album SHOWROOM OF COMPASSION and I just wished that this would be available locally.
I really love this band because there are many different elements in their music (country, hip-hop, jazz, rockabilly etc.) and it makes them a very unique band. The lead vocalist, John McCrea is my idea of a true songwriter-- a great lyricist with the right mix of humor, sincerity and wit. All that and tasty vocals to boot...you can't lose with CAKE!Listen to the first track off the album titled Sick Of You.
