According to the latest buzz, the Black Eyed Peas set a record for the longest successive no.1 chart run by a duo or group in the 51 year history of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The first single from their latest album THE E.N.D. entitled "Boom boom pow" become #01 for 12 consecutive weeks. Then their second single "I gotta feeling" still at no.1 spot for 5 weeks makes them dominating the charts for 17 weeks in a row.
