KREE HARRISON, the runner-up of the 12th season of American Idol performs her first single "All Cried Out" live at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN as part of her Grand Ole Opry debut. She took the stage after being introduced by country superstar Keith Urban, who rooted for her as a judge on American Idol since her audition. Check out the music clip below: ...this girl is awesome. Idol winner PHILLIP PHILLIPS has just unveiled his new original song titled "Take Me Away". at the Mix 106.1 radio event in Philadelphia. The 21 year-old Georgia-born singer/songwriter performed the slow-tempo track which tells the story of a man who desperately wants his lady friend to pull him out of his funk. Watch!!


The song has more alternative-indie feel than the country twang of his debut hit "Home" and I love it! It's exactly the sound i was expecting from Phillips.=O

American Idol winner KRIS ALLEN performed a new song called "The Vision Of Love" at his acoustic show at The Mint. This song is the lead track from his upcoming sophomore album Thank You Camellia due in stores on May 22 (US).

NEW IDOL JUDGES

So, it's official! Sina Jennifer Lopez at Steven Tyler na ang pinakabagong judge sa American Idol Season 10. Makakasama pa rin nila dito ang natitirang pioneer judge na si Randy Jackson at Idol host Ryan Seacrest.


Excited pa ba kayo dito? Magki-click naman kaya ito sa viewers at rating games lalo na't parating na rin ang isa pang talent search na X Factor na pinamumunuan ng dating hurado na si Simon Cowell?

In fairness, may K naman ang dalawa: sa recording career ni Lopez ay nakapagproduced na siya ng eight charttopper singles including four #o1's at anim na album na may kabuuang 25 million sales worldwide. Samantalang si Tyler, bilang bokalista ng isa sa pinakasikat na rock band sa mundo, ang Aerosmith ay di na kelangang mag-elaborate pa kung gaano kalaki ang artist na 'to. Personally, kaabang abang pa rin ang programa dahil kay Steve!!!

Ang American Idol Season 10 ay mapapanood pa sa Enero 2011...Heto ang ilang kantang pinasikat ng dalawang bagong hurado:

I followed Jason Castro through his American Idol journey and loved his easygoing sound. Wish he would have made it further, but turns out he didn't need the show to get his music going.

His debut album The Love Uncompromised shows something original about his voice and its very enjoyable to listen. The record sounds natural and presents Jason as a folk, pop singer songwriter. Hate to compare though but he's like the boy version of Colbie Caillat.

Below is one of my favorite track from the album titled You Can Always Come Home featuring Serena Ryder.

He may not have won the competition, but the 22-year-old Texan earned himself a devoted fan base eager to hear what he would do once freed to perform his own songs.

The released of his self titled debut album under Atlantic records and the first single Let's Just Fall In Love Again showed his strength as a songwriter. The song also portrayed the fun, playful side to his personality.

WHATTAYA WANT FROM ME? (Live Acoustic)

Idol Season 8 runner up Adam Lambert scored his first Billboard top ten single with the first track from his debut album For Your Entertainment.
The song Whattaya Want From Me leaps from #023 to #010 position (after having stalled at 23 for about four weeks!).

Guess his performance on Idol gave the song a big boost (Digital single sales seem to be a big part of it).

The song was actually written by PINK for her fifth studio album FUNHOUSE but didn't make it to the final cut. :D
